The British Columbia Community Forest Association (BCCFA) is a network of community-based organizations in British Columbia that are either managing community forests or striving to establish community forests. Incorporated under the BC Societies Act, the purposes of the Society are to work to ensure the viability of community forest initiatives; to provide education on community forestry issues; to assist community forest practitioners in accessing resources required to succeed; and to promote community forest management as a strategy for ecosystem resilience and community economic development.
