Additionally highlighting that following the language of the Motor Fuel Tax Exemption the definition of Zero Emission Vehicles should expand to include Hydrogen in internal combustion, and a secondary definition “Lower Emission Vehicles” to have access to the same Zero Emission Vehicle programs as a transition option.
